Super Green Clean respects your privacy and operates in accordance with the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981 and its regulations. This page explains what information the site collects, why, who it is shared with, and how you can exercise your rights over it.
Who we are — the database owner
This site is operated by Super Green Clean, an air conditioning service business owned by Tal Dahan, operating across central Israel. Tal Dahan is the owner of the database and the party responsible for the information collected on this site. What we collect
We collect only what you choose to give us of your own accord: full name, phone number, city, the service you need, and details about the fault — whether through the contact form or the chat. If you used the chat, the conversation transcript is stored too, so we can understand the problem before arriving. We also record the time you gave your consent to this policy. We do not collect sensitive information as defined by the law — no ID numbers, payment card details or medical information — and such information should never be submitted through this site or the chat.
Providing information is voluntary
You are under no legal obligation to give us any information, and anything you provide is given freely and with your consent. That said, without a name and phone number we cannot call you back or arrange a service. You are equally welcome to call us directly without leaving any details on the site at all.
What it is used for
Your information is used solely to contact you about your enquiry, arrange a technician visit, provide the service you asked for, and follow up on that service afterwards. We do not sell, rent or pass your details to third parties for marketing, and we make no use of your information unrelated to the service you requested.
Service providers and third parties
To run this site we rely on professional infrastructure providers, some of which host servers outside Israel: Vercel (site hosting), MongoDB Atlas (storing enquiries), Cloudinary or Vercel Blob (image storage), Anthropic (powering the chat assistant), and Resend (emailing the business owner a notification of each new enquiry, containing the details submitted in it). These providers process the information on our behalf only, under data processing agreements and accepted security standards, and are not permitted to use it independently. Using the site constitutes consent to transferring the information to these providers, including storage outside Israel, solely for the purpose of operating the service.
Information security
We take accepted security measures to protect the information you give us, including encrypted traffic (HTTPS) across the whole site, password-protected access to the admin area, and restricting access to enquiries to the business owner alone. That said, no online system is entirely immune, and we cannot absolutely guarantee protection against unauthorised access. In the event of a serious security incident we will act in accordance with the reporting obligations set out in law.
Site usage data
We measure how many people visit the site and how long they stay, to improve it. This measurement is fully anonymous: we do not store IP addresses, browser details, or anything that could identify you or follow you across sites. The temporary identifier used for it is discarded the moment you close the tab. We do not use external advertising or tracking tools such as Google Analytics or the Facebook pixel. The one exception: if the site shows a video embedded from YouTube or TikTok and you choose to play it, that provider's player loads and may receive your IP address and set its own cookies, under its own policy — this is outside our control.
The chat assistant
The site's chat is powered by a language model from Anthropic. The messages you write are sent to that service to generate a reply, and may be stored by us as a transcript attached to your enquiry. The chat provides general information only and does not constitute a binding professional diagnosis or a price quote. Please do not enter sensitive information such as payment card details, ID numbers or medical information into the chat.
Direct mail and marketing
Details you leave on the site are used to respond to your enquiry and provide the service. We will not send you advertising material by email, SMS or fax unless you have given separate, explicit consent to that, in accordance with section 30A of the Israeli Communications Law (Telecommunications and Broadcasts), 5742-1982. Even after giving consent you may ask at any time to be removed from the mailing list, and we will act on that without delay.
How long we keep it
Enquiry details are kept for as long as they are needed to provide the service, follow up on it, and meet the accounting and legal requirements that apply to us. Information that is no longer needed is deleted. You can ask us to delete your details at any time, and we will do so unless there is a legal obligation to continue holding them.
Your rights
Under sections 13 and 14 of the Protection of Privacy Law, you have the right to review the information we hold about you, to request correction of information that is wrong, inaccurate or out of date, and to request its deletion. You may also withdraw your consent at any time. To do so, contact us on the phone number or WhatsApp shown on this site, and we will handle your request within a reasonable time and as required by law.
Complaints to the Privacy Protection Authority
If you believe your information has not been handled properly, we would appreciate the chance to put it right, so please come to us first. In addition, you have the right to file a complaint with the Privacy Protection Authority at the Israeli Ministry of Justice, which enforces the Protection of Privacy Law in Israel.
